Apartment names

Each apartment is named after:
  1. the model group type its entry door sits in (e.g. APT TYPE A01; mirrored copies share the name), or
  2. the entry door’s Mark, or
  3. if no entry door is found, the model group type its other doors sit in, or
  4. APT 1, APT 2… if none of these is set.
The plan tag shows the name, the type (e.g. 1 BED + 1 BATH) and ACCESSIBLE when the apartment passes D17/D18.
Model each apartment type as a model group. The names, the schedule rows and the quantities then follow your groups.

Apartment schedule

The first Place BADS sets up a Revit schedule called QuickBADS - Apartments. Click Go To Schedule to open it, even if you renamed it. It has one row per apartment type: The schedule updates with every Place BADS and Auto Update, whatever the plan’s view template shows. It follows your edits: resize a bedroom or living box and BADS compliant changes, resize a bathroom box and Accessible changes, resize a balcony box and the balcony area changes. The values are written onto each entry door, so they survive Clear Fills, and a cleared apartment stays in the schedule. Every apartment of a type gets that type’s combined (worst) result. Your own schedule formatting is kept. Check each level once to fill in its rows.
